Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Virginia and Kentucky who provides psychological therapies and assessments to adolescents, adults, and couples. Her primary focus is in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, dual diagnosis, grief, adjustment, and relational problems. Stephanie received a Master of Social Work Degree (with a specialization in mental health) from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Her background includes clinical work and training in the corporate, educational, forensic, and therapeutic settings. Stephanie is experienced providing assessment, collaborative, and clinical services to children, adolescents, and adults in both community and private practices. She has worked in the ﬁeld of mental and behavioral health for nearly 20 years. She is the owner of a private practice in Kentucky which she founded in 2008, working as a generalist as well as a clinical assessor and treatment provider of substance abuse. She holds an administrator license and a clinical supervisor certiﬁcation for an alcohol and other drug entity (AODE) within the practice. Her background also includes work and board membership with non-proﬁts addressing and aiding the homeless population.
Stephanie currently resides in the state of Virginia and works with Dulles Psychological Services providing individual, group, and couples therapeutic counseling and assessment, as well as Christian counseling. Her therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy-Mindfulness, Insight-Oriented Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy.
