Kaytee

Kaytee Hadley is a functional medicine dietitian, health coach, and certified personal trainer. She supports individuals with anxiety, depression, and other mental health symptoms to create whole body wellness by addressing nutritional imbalances and building a sustainable lifestyle that fosters health long term.

Kaytee started her career as a personal trainer but soon realized that the one hour a day many people spend inside the gym does not have nearly as much of an impact on their health as the 23 hours outside of it. She saw a need for a full lifestyle approach to wellness that included nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and mental health support. In both her personal and professional lives, she witnessed the divide between physical and mental healthcare and saw a need for a more holistic approach to wellness that considered the mind-body connection.

In order to be able to provide more comprehensive support, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Kinesiology and an emphasis on Health and Wellness. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity from University of Southern California. She is also an Institute of Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner Candidate and continues to study nutritional and health sciences religiously.

Kaytee is dedicated to translating evidence-based research into practical guidance and support to empower individuals seeking to create mind and body health. She believes that a personalized, non-diet approach to nutrition and wellness is key to create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable. When you work with Kaytee, you will find that she values your opinion, insights, and intuitive knowledge when it comes to your body and your health. She is happy to help you sift through all the nutrition noise in the media to learn the truth about what healthy eating is and help you identify how to implement it within your own life.
