Ann Iñiguez


Ann is a Resident in Counseling and believes that everyone goes through difficult challenges that they must overcome. Ann demonstrates care and compassion to help you navigate life’s hurdles.  Ann is dedicated to working with people from all walks of life, having served clients in recovery, incarceration, and both inpatient and outpatient settings.  When you are ready, Ann will be your guide to help you fully invest in yourself as you examine the mind-body connection and work together to heal past hurts, habits, and hangups.  Ann uses traditional treatment interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy as well as more holistic treatment modalities such as Emotional Freedom Techniques and Trauma Tapping Techniques to support you on your journey of self-exploration and healing.  

Ann specializes in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and self-esteem issues as well as setting healthy boundaries and teaching mindfulness techniques.  Ann completed her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wake Forest University and is a Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional.  Ann has presented at multiple conferences and held workshops and is a perpetual student of the craft.  Ann offers a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to openly express yourself, and you will find her approach to be genuine, empathetic, and caring.  Ann works with adult individuals, specializing in issues pertaining to women and veterans, and is looking forward to working with you as well.
