Laura Graves is a Resident in Counseling in the state of Virginia, holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Longwood University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies, from Radford University in 2021. She works with individuals ages 20 and up and has experience working with the geriatric population. Laura works with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and conditions such as ADHD, OCD, and GAD.

Laura’s approach is warm, empathetic, and client centered, focused on creating a safe and supportive space where clients can express themselves freely and openly. She is dedicated to building strong therapeutic rapport, empowering clients to explore their emotions, overcome challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, all tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Laura provides her services via telehealth, ensuring that individuals can access therapy from the comfort of their own homes.
