Lindsey Quirk is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor based in Virginia, committed to empowering individuals on their journey to healing and personal growth. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Family Sciences from the University of Maryland at College Park in 2007, followed by a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.
With a diverse professional background that spans correctional institutions, inpatient residential facilities, and outpatient services, Lindsey has developed a comprehensive understanding of the complex challenges her clients face. She specializes in addressing issues such as substance abuse and dependency, co-occurring conditions, mood disorders, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, identity exploration, relational discord, grief and loss, and self-esteem.
Lindsey employs an eclectic therapeutic approach, integrating a variety of modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. She believes in the Holism model of care, which emphasizes treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms.
