Becca utilizes an eclectic approach, taking into a consideration each client’s individual needs, beliefs, and values prior to determining a treatment plan. Becca implements techniques from the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, and Positive Psychology. Becca also uses techniques from Play Therapy when working with children, to encourage them to express themselves in a stress-free manner.
