Teassa Eddy, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Teassa joined Dulles Psychological Services in 2020 as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and currently serves as the Assistant Director of Training and Development. She received her B.S. in Psychology in 2013 and M.S. in Social Work in 2015, both from the University of Pittsburgh. Teassa is a Virginia Board of Social Work Approved Supervisor and a 200-HR Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Teassa specializes in working with adult clients with chronic medical issues and comorbid mental health diagnoses, including cancer. In addition, she enjoys helping clients to manage anxiety, depression, grief & loss, adjustment disorders and life transitions, relational challenges, existential exploration, stress-management, and nervous-system dysregulation. She utilizes a variety of treatment modalities including Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, Polyvagal Theory, and other mind-body focused therapies/interventions. Teassa works with individuals and couples, and provides services remotely.
